Quite amazed how myself able to stay sane and survived a really long car ride when my phone ran out of battery and i can't even sleep comfortably at the back seat.I feel like reaching back home whenever i see Shangri-La and sometimes i literally call it MY HOME whenever i travel in other countries (with Shangri-La's).Staffs are over-friendly and helpful, service is not disappointing at all and i can completely tolerate the delays in getting a room.
10 minutes.......20 minutes......30 minutes.........35 minutes...........
No no no.....i understand.....
40 minutes.....41 minutes....hm....this is starting to get on my nerves.....
A figure flitting in my way, a beautiful lady then saying : "Im sorry for keep you waiting until so long, your room is ready now and i am going to bring you to your room right now."
With that beguiling smile.
Good service!LOL
Look at the view from my room. Not bad ehhh? Can see some hot half naked guai-lous walking and swimming around. The best part is the view of that private beach can you see that? |
We then went all the way to Siam for the famous Char Kuey Teow and please don't find it surprise when you see that long queue,( i mean super long ) at the roadside waiting for their CKT from this old uncle. We were lucky enough to get a table at the opposite Coffee Shop and we spent another one hour of waiting before we get to try one of the famous CKT in Penang. Not only it tastes so good they are charging at a reasonable price too!A super long wait but well worth it!
Right before we left something bad happened.OOPS! God bless they didn't make a fuss over otherwise the trip will end up with something that we obviously aren't enjoy.
The photo above was taken a few minutes before the super long queues formed |
Nice right, look at the prawns looking big and juicy, but maybe.....bigger portion next time ? (RM4 or 5 i guess? Memory failing) |
Last stop of the day.Night market!Nothing much special and i almost burst seeing all the phony brands selling at incredibly high price which costs twice as much as compared to what you usually see in a normal night market. #So Malaysian. My friend decided to get a henna tattoo on her hand so we weren't left with a choice but to waste our precious 5 minutes to wait until she gets it done. This simple design costs her about RM10 with the highly satisfactory result.
Pretty? Sorry she's taken. |
One of the tourist attractions and the must-visit-places whenever you come to Penang.
Those street arts are extremely awesome but the funny part is that it you gotta find your own route to search for those paintings all by yourself ! Haha.!(Like playing hide-and-seek nia...) Well....that's all i got.=( Blame the hot weather.
