Christmas Caroling 2013

Came back for the Christmas caroling in Shangri-La. Well it's gonna be a post full of pictures though.That's exactly what i was doing one year ago on this day and now, i'm still doing the same thing one year later wearing the same shirt and pants carrying the same guitar singing with the same group of people. Time passes by too fast it just feels like an eye blink and i was looking back things that had happened this year to me i thought it was like only a few months since the last Christmas celebration in the same exact place where we are celebrating now. Time flies. Just feel like wanted to stay 21 forever, that's my best year of life ever.

Thinking back when i was dismayed by the incident happened well over a year ago during last Christmas i can't believe i've made it through the year and i love my life now more than i ever thought possible.


With the morning sun light shining down on me, down on me, down on me oh~ shining down on me. On my way to the hotel. Kinda excited.

Was headed up there again this day, 2 days in a row. Jeez, tiring.

Patiently waiting for the next session in the office. Look at the faces, i feel so sure that everyone is excited.

I didn't realize until after this picture was taken that the one standing behind me is Jared, who invited me to join in the caroling again for this year. Me and him like....wow...we knew each other since the first day in college at the year of 2008.

Selfie is one of the best ways to kill the boredom and in this picture, that's Cheng Ji at the back. I've known him for almost one year plus and the only thing i can describe is that he has all the good qualities a gentleman should have. He's always there offering his help to carry my guitar or anything i'm holding whenever we go. All men should learn from him and have these qualities to make peace not war.

Suited up with guitar. That's the perfect match in my opinion. LOL

But i guess it suits me more, at least i don't need to wear the santarina costume carrying my guitar walking around the building. 

Just when it was about to end my scheduler came for his lunch break. So i took that opportunity to take a photo with him. One thing good about him, he seldom say No to any of my requests. 

"Seldom" doesn't mean 'Never".

Group photo. To be very honest i only know three of them in this big group as i'm not part of this hotel. I'm probably not gonna stick with them long enough to remember each and every single name. I had great fun with the little time spending with the group and kinda missing some of the people who are missing in the group for this year caroling. 

The token of appreciation is so encouraging. XD

And Emmanuel was the Santa of last year. So this year where's him?

Is that the day holds something special
Something holy, not superficial
So here's to Jesus Christ who saved our lives
It's something we all try to ignore
And put a wreath up on your door
But here's something you should know that is for sure
Christmas must be something more !
